North Luzon Philippines State College | TOP 10 PERFORMING SCHOOL IN THE MIDWIFE LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR 2022
NLPSC is ranked TOP 10 Performing School in the Midwife Licensure Examination (MLE) held on November 6-7, 2022.
Out of 29 board examination takers, 24 of them passed which contributed to an institutional passing rate of 82.76%.
This remarkable achievement of NLPSC is obtained along with the honor contributed by the Top 6 examinee, Ms. Cleotilde S. Gironella, a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery graduate of this same year.
The whole NLPSC family rejoices with this honor brought by the graduates. It has to be remembered that NLPSC was again in the limelight in 2015 when it was ranked as Top 10 Performing School in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (BEED) and Mr. Lloyd Angelo B. Diana ranked as Top 10 examinee in the BEEd category and in 2016 when Mr. Adrian Doctolero ranked Top 4 in the BSE category in 2017.
The Computer Science Program of North Luzon Philippines State College (NLPSC) hosted an extension program on Graphics and design for the faculty members of Sto. Tomas National High School on April 22 and 29, 2022. This endeavor aims to train the teachers of the said high school in graphic design, specifically in the use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
The Graphics and Design Training Workshop is just one of the extension programs of NLPSC to Sto. Tomas National High School that promotes the partnership between the two institutions. The workshop is held in the Computer Laboratory Room of NLPSC.
Mrs. Leslie Agbulos discussed graphic design principles, while Mr. Ronald Gacusan and Mr. Gerald Valdez taught participants how to use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
On the final day of the seminar-workshop, members of the teaching staff from Sto. Tomas National High School, led by its principal, Dr. Alejandro F. Haboc, lauded NLPSC and expressed its gratitude to NLPSC for extending its hands in training and improving the skills of its staff in the area of graphic design.

On the blissful day of May 05, 2010, former Congressman Eric D. Singson founded the North Luzon Philippines State College (formerly CCC-UNP Branch) by virtue of the Republic Act 10085.
A decade has passed, and today marks a milestone in the history of NLPSC celebrating its 10th Year Anniversary!
Under the active and visionary leadership of its President Dr. Elizabeth M. Gacusana, together with its competent, committed, and dedicated employees, NLPSC has become a very promising institution in the North for continuously providing excellent and dynamic service over the years.
