One Part-Time Faculty Member has been added to the Teacher Education Department in the person of Mr. Neyo E. Valdez, who will be teaching the Iloco Language. Mr. Valdez has been a writer contributor/Columnist of Bannawag and Budyong Magazine.

            Two Job Order personnel have been hired to help in the smooth operation of the College: Ms.  Geneva R. Martinez, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, to be detailed at the CHED Laboratory Building and Mrs. Olivia R. Abalos, graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, and still detailed at the Accounting Department as Bookkeeper Aide.

            As of the moment, the Institution through the initiative of the Human Resource management Office and with the support of the NLPSC Administration, is on its process of creating the Lactation Rooms in compliance with the Implementing Rules And Regulation Of Republic Act No. 10028 of the Department of Health issued on August 22, 2011 entitled An Act Expanding The Promotion Of Breastfeeding, Amending For The Purpose Republic Act No. 7600, Otherwise Known As An Act Providing Incentives To All Government And Private Health Institutions With Rooming-In And Breastfeeding Practices And For Other Purposes.
