Strategic Planning and Policy Conference 2015

United with one vision and mission, the North Luzon Philippines State College marked its first Strategic Planning and Policy Conference under the administration of its first President, Dr. Elizabeth M. Gacusana, on November 4-6, 2015 at Estrella del Mar Resort, Vical, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur. The conference was an attempt to strategize and plan the welfare of the College for the next five years as well as to polish its policies and regulations.

During the first day, the Senior Economic Development Specialist of the National Economic Development Authority-Regional Office I, Mr. Ednore Freynon N. Perez, talked about Project Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation and Results-based Management.  He emphasized the Results Chain, the Logical Framework and the Focus of Monitoring and Evaluation.

Atty. Glenda H. Javillonar, the Legal Counsel of the College, discussed about the Legal Aspects of 
Development Plans of SUCs. In her guidance, some policies implemented by the College were revised and strengthened.

Truly, the conference produced a much better, organized College having its administration fully focused on the realization of its vision, mission, goals and objectives towards excellence, dynamism and service.
