The Three-Storey Ladies’ Dormitory of the North Luzon Philippines State College was inaugurated on May 2, 2018 during the 7th Foundation Anniversary Celebration. Some Candon City Officials graced the event. Most Rev. David William V. Antonio, Auxiliary Bishop and Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia Parish Priest of the Saint John de Sahagun, blessed the newly-constructed dormitory.
The dormitory has a total of 14 bedrooms. It can accommodate 112 lady boarders. Its construction started on October 5, 2016 and ended on February 21, 2018 with a total fund of 13 million pesos from GAA-Capital Outlay.
