Hon. Mayor Ericson D. Singson Graces Celebration Program For Let 2017 Passers

To celebrate the achievement of the College of Teacher Education (CTE) graduates who successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) in 2017, the North Luzon Philippines State College headed by its dynamic President, Dr. Elizabeth M. Gacusana, had a motorcade around the city of Candon on January 31, 2018.

The motorcade was followed by mass which was officiated by Fr. Arnel Ramos. In his homily, Fr. congratulated and blessed the LET passers that they may become grateful for their achievement as they continue their journey towards their chosen profession.

In the celebration program, Dr. Elizabeth M. Gacusana expressed her gratefulness and pride for the success of the graduates. She said that as the mother of the institution, she will continue to guide and support the endeavors of the college towards quality education.

Also, Dr. Andres T. Malinnag, Jr., Dean of CTE, congratulated the LET passers for a job well done. He also commended the efforts of the former dean, Dr. Jaime G. Raras, who introduced the in-house review program in the college.

In his speech, Adrian C. Doctolero, the Top 4 in LET 2017 Individual Category for Bachelor of Secondary Education, narrated how he struggled in his schooling. He encouraged everyone to deal with the trials in life as sources of inspiration, challenges to overcome and lessons to remember.

Dr. Ericson D. Singson, the honorable and very supportive Mayor of Candon City, graced the celebration program by extending his congratulations to the LET passers and to the whole NLPSC family for guiding and educating the graduates. He assured everyone that he will continue to support the college in its programs.

The program ended with distribution of certificates, tokens, and awards.
