This year's Nutrition Month Celebration with a theme "Healthy Diet Gawing Habit - For Life" will be held on August 25, 2017 at the NLPSC Gymnasium.
The Criminal Justice Education Department of the North Luzon Philippines State College has produced seven (7) licensed criminologists in the June 2017 Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE).
With the 30.43% institutional passing rate as against the national passing rate of 24.99%, the successful board passers who shall take their oaths are:

The two-storey Training Center of NLPSC has been completed through ELOCIN Construction on February 1, 2017 costing ₱ 3,087,449.71 sourced out from the Use of Income of the college.
The said training center has two bedrooms, a kitchen and an office in the first floor. At the second floor is a training hall where activities of the college such as trainings, seminars, meetings may be held.

The Office of the Academic Affairs and Instruction sponsored an Outcomes-Based Education Seminar-Workshop on November 21, 2016 at the Audio-Visual Room. The seminar-workshop was attended by all faculty members of the College. The theme of the said workshop is “Embracing the Outcomes-Based Education for Quality Education.”
The seminar-workshop oriented the faculty members on making learning plan especially on framing the intended learning outcomes, designing the teaching learning activities, and designing the assessment activities. The workshop also oriented the faculty on the new outcomes-based education instrument for accreditation.
In accordance with the pertinent provisions of the Republic Act (RA) 7722, otherwise known as the “Higher Education Act of 1994,” NLPSC conducted a fire and earthquake drill last October 27, 2016 which was participated by the personnel and students. The drill was focused on the scenario of 7.2 magnitude earthquake where the participants perform the “DUCK, COVER, and HOLD” until shaking stopped.
With the theme, “PASUC @ 49: Paving the Path Towards Internationalization of State and Universities and Colleges through Culture and the Arts,” the North Luzon Philippines State College celebrated the Culture and the Arts Festival 2016 on September 29-30, 2016.
